Responsibilities:
- Work on client sites, framing real problems with the business team into deliverable technical goals
- Map data flows, interfaces and permissions inside existing systems, then integrate them
- Build and tune LLM applications, RAG, agents and automation, accountable for the outcome
- Support launch: evaluation, latency and cost control, security and compliance
- Turn field experience into reusable playbooks for products and courses
Requirements:
- You have written production code (solid in either TypeScript or Python), not just API demos
- Hands-on experience shipping LLM applications; you know RAG, agents, evaluation and the usual pitfalls
- You can read an unfamiliar business system quickly and decide under constraints
- Clear communicator, comfortable with a reasonable amount of travel or on-site work
- Accountable for results, not only for code
