Technology stack

Our capability spans six areas: engineering on the software side, embodied intelligence on the hardware side, and the loop between them.

  1. AI algorithms: LLM applications, computer vision, NLP, reinforcement learning
  2. Robot motion control: humanoid, quadruped, wheeled and arm control
  3. Machine vision: recognition and localisation, grasping guidance, perception
  4. Software engineering: AI interfaces, data visualisation, enterprise web applications
  5. Software-hardware co-design: software defines the hardware, hardware validates the software
  6. Intelligent automation: transform our own workflows first, then productise the tools

Why we build in-house

  • Control: core algorithms and engineering stay with us, not with a single vendor
  • Adaptability: client scenarios differ, and only in-house work adapts quickly
  • Compounding: every project feeds back into the stack

On "multi-form"

We do not chase one algorithm for every form. Physics, control rates and perception needs differ by platform, so we research dedicated algorithms for each, while keeping them maintainable through shared engineering standards.

Two main lines: embodied intelligence and AI products

Our technology is not a list of isolated capabilities but two mutually supporting lines:

  • Embodied intelligence (robot core algorithms): motion control and visual perception for humanoid, quadruped, wheeled and arm platforms — the hardest technical barrier in this track. We develop dedicated algorithms per form factor, with shared engineering standards for maintainability.
  • AI products (digital employees and AI delivery): turning large-model capability into tools employees use daily (local-first, no data upload) and turning delivery into an engineering system with evaluation and acceptance.

Both lines share one foundation: model orchestration and evaluation, local execution and data boundaries, engineering standards and delivery process. Hardware validates software and software feeds back into hardware.
