Inventory data was out of sync between ERP and WMS, causing both stock-outs and overstock. The customer needed actionable replenishment advice, not another report.

- Plan compilation: compiled replenishment rules, thresholds and exception reasons into skills and an evaluation set
- Real delivery: connected ERP/WMS data sources and ran inside a Harness workspace
- Acceptance: evaluated against agreed warning accuracy and explanation completeness, then produced a value report
